Career
Growing up and even to this day I’m always looking for an opportunity to achieve success. With my competitive spirit, I’m driven to make the necessary sacrifices to be prepared when those opportunities arise. One of the main reasons I choose to go to school at UCLA is because I knew that on the football field we would have a chance to be very good, but I also knew the UCLA would afford me the opportunity to achieve success in the classroom. I studied economics because I have always been an entrepreneur at heart and felt that it would fit well with my future endeavors. I’m so thankful that I was able to stay awake and get through some very tough courses because I’m able to apply my knowledge into all the business ventures I’m a part of today.
“What I’m passionate about is meeting the needs of an individual.”
Every day I’m allowed to meet people’s needs, be it through the foundation or a business I’m associated with. The foundation has allowed me to lend a hand to those in need and truly embrace the idea that on any given day, at any given moment, a small act of kindness can impact our world in very positive way.
Insight provides athletes with the guidance and direction to have a very successful career both on and off the field. Arenda Capital helps investors diversify their portfolios, by allocating their monies into different real estate assets via a fund structure. We give the investor the security and the returns they are looking for, and make them very happy year in and year out.
I strive to partner with individuals or companies that want to obtain success and achieve what they never thought was possible. Having been in sports in all my life, all I know is that the easiest day was yesterday.
“Coach Wooden said it best, “the definition of success comes after hard workâ€.”
I was taught early on that I need to be focused on the short term but always planning for the long term. I’m thankful that I have learned that everyone gets knocked down but it’s never ok to stay down. A person’s character is truly revealed in difficult times and that’s why in sports the great one wants the ball when the game is on the line.
I’m thankful for all who have taught me and inspired me along my journey and it would be disrespectful if I didn’t use all that the good Lord has given me to teach and inspire others in all I do. It is my goal to live to honor the Lord, love my family, and enjoy the company of my friends. All of which make me who I am today.
