For the past seven years, Nece's primary focus has been on football which has provided him with a platform to impact others and has opened doors to new and exciting opportunities. In addition to his work on the football field and in the community, Nece has spent the last several years honing his business acumen. As co-founder of DERY Realty, his primary focus has been buying, renovating, and selling single family homes. After seven years in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Detroit Lions, Nece has decided to start a new career venture to channel his focus and energy toward areas off the playing field. In order to capitalize on the current market conditions and his extensive network of high net-worth individuals, Nece co-founded the Solidarity Fund with his NFL colleagues.

Nece's business background includes experience in residential real estate investment in the Tampa Bay and Los Angeles areas. He also sits on the board of the Tampa Bay Sports Commission and The Life Center. Nece received his Bachelor's Degree in business economics from UCLA, where he starred on the football field as a linebacker for one of the top rated teams in the country. To enhance his business IQ, Nece also participated in NFL Business Management and Entrepreneurial Programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School.

Son of NFL Hall of Fame safety Ronnie Lott, Nece splits his time between his homes in Tampa and Los Angeles.
